Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the ability to multitask, make smart and timely decisions with limited guidance, have strong attention to detail, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Additionally, they will have a proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and projects with competing deadlines, and communicate and collaborate with external contacts and vendors.
- Full-stack IT recruiter, savvy in all recruitment stages- from candidates sourcing to closing the candidate and client management
- Have great networking within local IT community – architects, CTOs, tech leads, developers, etc
- Have proven record of personal closings of high level IT positions – being capable to make at least 3 closings per month
- At least 3 former clients of yours will send you flowers or box of chocolates when you start a new job (with us)
- Have great interpersonal skills- candidates, clients, and colleagues basically adore you
- Want to become one of the top IT recruiters in Ukraine within the next
- Speak good English
